We Are Looking For New Team Members!

As our services continue to grow, we are looking for responsible, customer-focused Route Drivers who are ready to make a positive impact in our community. If you’re passionate about safety, punctuality, and helping others, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities

Operating company vehicles safely and following route instructions.
Performing pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections.
Assisting passengers and ensuring proper securement of wheelchairs or mobility devices.
Reporting incidents, delays, or vehicle issues promptly.
Maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent {preferred}.
Valid California driver’s license with a clean record (minimum 3 years)
Prior experience in transportation, delivery, or customer service {preferred}.
Ability to lift and assist passengers as needed.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.
Punctual, reliable, and committed to safety.
Must pass background check and drug screening; CPR/First Aid certification required within 30 days of hire. Destiny Transportation Services will cover the cost of this certification.
